Configuration 2

Five three-phase hybrids: GW15K-ET, GW20K-ET, GW25K-ET, GW29.9K-ET and GW30K-ET.

  • 15-20 kW models: 2 MPP trackers and a single 50 A battery charge/discharge path.
  • 25-30 kW models: 3 MPP trackers with two strings per tracker and dual 50 A battery current; the GW25K-ET and GW29.9K-ET provide 2 battery inputs.
  • PV headroom: MPPT window 200 to 850 V, maximum PV input voltage 1000 V; per GoodWe's datasheet the GW25K-ET accepts up to 37.5 kW of PV and the GW29.9K-ET up to 45 kW.
  • Common platform: all models share the 520 x 660 x 220 mm, 54 kg, IP66 chassis at up to 98.0% efficiency.

GoodWe lists three storage lines against the ET 15-30 kW tier, all inside the 200 to 800 V battery window.

  • Overload reserve: off grid, the GW25K-ET delivers up to 30 kVA for 60 s and the GW29.9K-ET up to 36 kVA for 60 s per the datasheet.
  • Battery current: 50 A charge/discharge on the 15-20 kW models and dual 50 A paths on the 25-30 kW models set how hard the pack can carry the load.
  • Output form: 380 / 400 V three-phase, 3L / N / PE per the GW25K-ET and GW29.9K-ET spec tables.

Installation & wiring 1

The whole range wall-mounts in one IP66 chassis.

  • Format: 520 x 660 x 220 mm and 54 kg across the range; the GW25K-ET and GW29.9K-ET spec tables list smart fan cooling, -35 to +60 C operation and up to 4000 m altitude.
  • Metering: a GoodWe GM330 CT meter at the grid connection point is required for export limiting and self-consumption metering; it links to the inverter over RS485.
  • Monitoring: WiFi plus LAN and Bluetooth portal communication on the GW25K-ET and GW29.9K-ET, WiFi / 4G with RS485 / CAN on the GW15K-ET, GW20K-ET and GW30K-ET per GoodWe's spec tables.
  • Energy management: the GoodWe EzManager3000 home EMS is optional for controlling one hybrid inverter plus EV charger, heat pump or Shelly devices.
