In traditional series commercial battery cabinets, the weakest cell determines the capacity of the entire rack. The GW60KWH-D-10 features active DC-DC converters inside each 5 kWh module, isolating packs from cell-mismatch degradation.
- Twelve parallel power stages distribute commercial current draw evenly across all 60 kWh of LFP storage.
- Eliminates stack-level single points of failure. If one pack is offline, the remaining eleven continue operating.
- Allows mixing of different battery manufacturing batches and ages in future expansions without capacity loss.

Eliminating the need to construct dedicated indoor battery rooms, this IP55 outdoor enclosure arrives pre-wired with internal high-voltage DC busbars and ventilation. Weatherproof sealed enclosure protects power electronics from rain, dust, and direct sunlight (-10 to +50 °C). Direct plug-and-play linking to secondary extension cabinets (GW60KWH-D-10 Extension) doubles capacity to 120 kWh. Integrated motorized DC circuit breaker provides sub-second short-circuit and overcurrent isolation.
