More product details

Adding megawatt-hour battery storage to an operating factory with existing solar inverters requires months of engineering if done via DC replacement. The GW100K07-BTC connects straight to the 400 V main busbar, capturing facility surplus electricity cleanly.

  • Connects directly to the facility's 400 V AC distribution panel beside existing string inverters of any manufacturer.
  • Measures facility grid import/export in real time via the GoodWe GM330 smart meter and external split-core CTs.
  • Automatically schedules charging during solar overproduction peaks and off-peak utility tariff windows.

Direct 100 A battery throughput with 100 kVA emergency power.

Direct 100 A battery throughput with 100 kVA emergency power.

Delivering 100 A continuous DC throughput across a wide 200–865 V window, the GW100K07-BTC enables rapid 0.5C/1C cycling on large commercial battery containers (such as GoodWe BAT-C) for industrial peak shaving. Direct high-voltage pairing with GoodWe Lynx C indoor racks and BAT-C outdoor containers at up to 100 kW continuous power. Sub-10 ms automatic UPS transfer keeps sensitive commercial electronics and production lines running through blackouts. IP65 weatherproof casing allows clean indoor switchroom or sheltered outdoor mounting (-30 to +60 °C).

Pairs 200 to 865 V storage on two ports

Two HV Li-Ion inputs. RS485 and CAN talk to the BMS. Battery-to-AC peak is 97.2 percent.

Takes 110 kVA to or from the grid

Nominal AC is 100 kW. Apparent power to or from the grid is 110 kVA. No MPPT sits on this cabinet.

Sits in a 212.0 kg IP20 floor cabinet

585 x 1360 x 750 mm, smart fan cooling. Derating starts above 45 C. Altitude to 4000 m.

Product questions

What is the maximum continuous AC export current on this model, and what breaker is required?

159.5 A max output current; 200 A or 250 A 3-pole industrial MCCB. The GW100K07-BTC delivers a nominal continuous output current of 145.0 A per phase (max output current 159.5 A @ 400 V). A 3-pole 200 A or 250 A industrial circuit breaker (MCCB) is required on the main AC distribution board, paired with copper conductor cross-sections of 70 mm² to 95 mm².

Does this model require an external smart meter to execute peak shaving?

Yes. A GoodWe GM330 meter paired with 3 external 5 A split-core CTs. To measure total plant grid import/export in real time and modulate battery charge/discharge rates, the system requires a GoodWe GM330 smart meter paired with 3 external split-core current transformers (e.g., 400/5 A or 800/5 A) clamped around the facility's main utility service cables.
