Heavy commercial battery throughput with 75 kVA motor starting capacity.

Heavy commercial battery throughput with 75 kVA motor starting capacity.

Transitioning into heavy commercial storage, the GW50K-ET-10 delivers 100 A continuous DC throughput across a wide 200–800 V window, while supplying 75,000 VA peak apparent surge power for 10 seconds. Pushes up to 50 kW continuous DC charge and discharge into commercial storage containers (such as GoodWe Lynx C). 75 kVA apparent power surge tolerance (10 seconds) effortlessly rides through locked-rotor inrush currents on heavy compressors. IP66 heavy-duty cast-aluminum casing provides complete dust and high-pressure water protection (-35 to +60 °C).

Fits 42 A and 32 A across four MPPTs

Four MPPT inputs take 42 A, 32 A, 42 A, and 32 A max currents. Two dedicated strings attach to each tracker with short-circuit current ratings up to 55 A.

Pairs 200 to 800 V commercial storage

A single high-voltage port interfaces with 200 to 800 V Li-Ion battery banks. CAN communication coordinates continuous charge and discharge cycling with the BMS.

Stands up to extreme outdoor climates

Smart fan cooling stabilizes internal temperatures from minus 35 to plus 60 C. The 520 x 660 x 260 mm enclosure is fully IP66 rated for outdoor walls.

Technical data

The flagship 50 kW commercial hybrid engine engineered for heavy industrial electrification.

4 MPPTs with 75 kWp solar intake and 75 kVA inductive starting surge.

Rather than deploying multiple smaller inverters with separate battery ports, a single GW50K-ET-10 delivers 50 kW continuous AC throughput (75.8 A). Its 4 independent 42 A MPPT trackers accommodate modern 600W+ bifacial panels across 8 strings, while the 100 A battery interface pushes up to 50 kW directly into commercial battery racks (such as GoodWe Lynx C) for aggressive peak shaving.

Product questions

Why choose a single 50 kW hybrid inverter over two 25 kW units?

Eliminates redundant switchgear, saves pad space, and simplifies EMS communication. A single GW50K-ET-10 significantly simplifies commercial installations: it eliminates redundant AC distribution breakers and combiner panels, requires only a single smart meter communication loop (RS485), and needs only one 100 A battery connection to drive large battery banks (such as GoodWe Lynx C). It also takes up less equipment pad space while delivering higher round-trip efficiency.

Is an external Static Transfer Switch (STS) required for automatic backup operation?

Yes. The GoodWe GW125K-STS-G10 is required for automatic whole-facility transfer. For automatic whole-facility transfer between on-grid and off-grid modes across the facility distribution panel, the external GoodWe GW125K-STS-G10 switch is required to provide utility-grade motorized isolation.

What is the maximum continuous AC export current on this model?

75.8 A max output current; 100 A or 125 A 3-pole industrial MCCB. * Nominal Output Current: Approx. 72.5 A per phase at 400 V three-phase. * Maximum Output Current: 75.8 A per phase (50,000 VA continuous apparent power limit). * Breaker Recommendation: A 3-pole 100 A or 125 A industrial circuit breaker (MCCB) on the main AC distribution board.

Can this model be paired with multiple battery racks in parallel?

Yes. Direct connection to commercial high-voltage racks up to 156 kWh. When paired with GoodWe Lynx C commercial storage, you can connect battery racks from 101 kWh up to 156 kWh to the 100 A port, delivering full 50 kW continuous charge and discharge for dynamic peak shaving and energy arbitrage.
