Compatibility, documentation and project requirements can change from one system to another. These are some of the questions customers raise with us before finalizing equipment.

How does Linker check whether an inverter and battery combination is suitable?
We review the exact inverter and battery models against the technical information available for that combination, including the compatibility documentation on file and communication requirements where relevant.

Compatibility should always be checked at model level rather than assumed from the brand name alone.
Can Linker help with battery sizing before we order?
Yes. Where sufficient project information is available, we can review requirements such as load profile, power demand, desired storage capacity and the intended application to help narrow the equipment options.

The final system design and installation remain the responsibility of the qualified professionals responsible for the project.
What happens when firmware affects inverter-battery communication?
Firmware can affect communication behavior and supported settings. Where relevant information is available, we work from the documentation on file and technical guidance for the equipment being supplied.

For an existing installation, the exact inverter model, battery model and firmware versions help us understand the issue more quickly.
Can Linker supply combinations that are not shown on a compatibility list on file?
If a proposed combination is not supported by the information on file, we do not present it as a confirmed compatible pairing.

What technical documents can Linker provide?
Documentation varies by brand and product. Depending on the equipment, available files may include datasheets, manuals, compatibility information, declarations of conformity and the relevant unit certificates.

Does Linker carry out installation and final commissioning?
Linker supports the equipment side of the project, including product selection, technical information, documentation and after-sales coordination.

Electrical installation, site commissioning and final grid-connection responsibility remain with the qualified contractor responsible for the installation.
