Stacking 4 modules vertically reaches a clean 1.01 m column height, preserving valuable workshop and garage floor space while isolating cells from floor moisture. Internal busbar contacts eliminate external high-voltage jumper cables and conduit runs. Integrated master DC circuit breaker isolates the stack automatically in sub-seconds during fault conditions. IP55 rated enclosure certified for unheated basements, technical utility rooms, and sheltered outdoor alcoves (-20 to +50 °C).

After the fifth module, growth goes sideways

One tower ends at five modules. GoodWe's Lynx F manual documents up to eight towers in parallel, each on its own PCU base, so a site that outgrows 16.38 kWh gains a second tower beside the first rather than a taller one.

Height is the only thing that grew

935 mm assembled on the grounded base, on the same 600 x 380 mm footprint as the two-module tower. The floor carries the 201 kg; what wants planning is the route into the room and the clearance above.

Diagnosis runs through the inverter

The tower reports as one 409.6 V battery over CAN, so the master BMS's view of all four modules reaches the hybrid on a single line. Service questions get answered remotely, and a fifth module later simply raises the count.

Yes. Stacks up to 5 modules total on the same base. The PCU base included with this kit supports up to 5 modules.
