Configuration 2
One FC1000 controller runs a stack of two to seven FH10050 modules, so capacity moves in 5.12 kWh steps from 10.24 to 35.84 kWh.
- Usable energy: Pylontech applies 95 percent depth of discharge; the 4-module tower is 4 x 5.12 kWh = 20.48 kWh rated and 19.48 kWh usable per the datasheet.
- String voltage: 102.4 V per module gives 204.8 to 716.8 V across the range, inside the FC1000's 172.8 to 921.6 V system operation window.
- Beyond one stack: up to six groups run in parallel, each behind its own FC1000.
- Later growth: a partly filled stack accepts further modules in 5.12 kWh steps up to seven.
No. The FH10050 pairs only with the FC1000 controller in Force-H3 systems.
- Force-H2: that generation uses the FH9637M module with the FC0500M-40S controller; the FH10050 belongs to Force-H3 and pairs with the FC1000.
- Controller count: one FC1000 per stack manages two to seven FH10050 modules.
- Included base: the Force-H3 base ships inside the FC1000 carton per the Pylontech packing list, so no separate floor stand is required.
Installation & wiring 2
The stack itself is complete with the modules and one FC1000, but the paired hybrid inverter typically requires a grid-side meter for export limiting.
- Meter: de-linker pairs this family with the Chint DTSU666 smart meter as the grid-side measurement point.
- Current transformer: the MBS KBU58 600/5A CT suits the DTSU666; size the CT to the service current at the installation, not to the battery current.
- Battery communication: the FC1000 offers CANBUS and Modbus RTU as its communication protocols.
The tower stands on the Force-H3 base with an IP65 enclosure rating; keep it inside Pylontech's stated climate window.
- Climate: charging from -10 to 55 C, 5 to 95 percent humidity without condensation, up to 4000 m altitude.
- Footprint: every tower is 540 x 350 mm; height runs from 530 mm with 2 modules to 1380 mm with 7.
- Handling: 39 kg per FH10050 module and 12 kg for the FC1000; assembled towers span 92 to 287 kg and go up module by module.
- Storage: keep assembled systems between -20 and 45 C before commissioning.
Availability & compliance 1
Pylontech prints a system-level certification list for the Force-H3 covering safety and transport standards.
- Safety: IEC 62040-1, IEC 62477-1, IEC 62619 and IEC 63056, plus UL 1973, UL 9540A and UL 9540B.
- VDE: VDE-AR-E 2510-50 is on the printed system-level list.
- Transport: UN 38.3 covers the lithium modules for shipping.
- Grid connection: the battery documents list no grid-connection code of their own, so confirm the complete certificate set your grid operator requires with the quote.
Operation & warranty 1
Pylontech rates the platform at more than 8000 cycles and a design life of 15 or more years at 25 C.
- Depth of discharge: 95 percent, which turns 20.48 kWh rated into 19.48 kWh usable on the 4-module tower.
- Current limits: 50 A normal charge and discharge per string, 55 A for up to 15 minutes.
- Standby draw: the FC1000 consumes below 16 W in operation.
- Warranty terms: the datasheet prints life figures, not a commercial warranty period; confirm the written warranty conditions with the quote.
