Chint DTSU666 is an 80 A direct-connect three-phase smart energy meter featuring European MID certification, Class 1.0 accuracy, and RS485 Modbus RTU telemetry, engineered for dynamic export limitation and solar self-consumption optimization on SAJ hybrid systems.

80 A Direct-Connect Measurement: Eliminates external current transformers (CTs) and secondary wiring, simplifying distribution box installation for standard 3-phase domestic services.
MID Certified (Class B / Class 1.0 Accuracy): Certified under the European Measuring Instruments Directive (EN 50470-1/-3), so its energy readings can be used for billing purposes.
SAJ System Pairing (Modbus RTU): The three-phase meter named in the SAJ HS3 manual, the SAJ configuration instructions for H2, HS2 and HS3, the CHS2 manual and the eManager manual, connected over RS485.

Executing tight feed-in limitation requires rapid communication between the meter and the hybrid inverter. The DTSU666 transmits bidirectional power data over RS485 Modbus RTU at 1200 to 19200 baud (9600 by default). MID approval (Class B active energy accuracy) certifies the meter for billing purposes. The 35 mm DIN-rail housing, four modules (72 mm) wide, fits standard distribution panels.
