Yes. Pylontech’s official standard-compliance list for the three-phase Force H3X includes VDE-AR-N 4105:2018 and DIN VDE V 0124-100:2020 (the German low-voltage connection rules) together with EN 50549-1/EN 50549-10, plus other EU country codes.

The three-phase models connect at 3/N/PE 400 V, 50 Hz, a standard German three-phase domestic supply.

Per the German wholesale channel Krannich: curtailment with FRE and per Paragraph 14a EnWG can currently be implemented via the DRM interface only as a complete shutdown; stepwise regulation will require the Pylontech HEMS system, which has been announced for Q3/2026, plan 14a projects accordingly.

The Force H3X three-phase line is stocked and documented by German distribution (Krannich Solar product pages, Segen Germany reseller portal), and the German market has DE-language manuals. Request a quote for current lead times.

Configuration 3

Capacity comes from stacking FH10050 LFP modules (5.12 kWh each) under the power controller: the three-phase models run 2-7 modules, i.e. 10.24-35.84 kWh nominal per tower, with no separate BMS and no inter-module cabling.

  • Multi-group parallel operation: supported; the German wholesale channel Krannich states up to 3 systems in parallel for about 102 kWh usable, while Pylontech’s 2024 datasheet mentions up to 6 groups, confirm the current parallel limit for your project with the quote
  • Expansion warranty: under Pylontech’s EU warranty terms, a module added later gets its own warranty period while the existing stack keeps its original one

The backup output delivers the full rated 8000 VA continuously (three-phase 400 V) with a 12,000 VA peak for 60 seconds for motor and compressor start-up.

  • Switchover: grid to backup in 10 ms or less
  • Load unbalance: 100% three-phase load unbalance supported, so a large single-phase load can be carried without tripping
  • Safety: EPO (emergency power off) input installed as standard

The energy meter and 3 x 120 A current transformers (40 mA secondary current) are included in the scope of delivery, so grid import/export sensing for self-consumption optimization needs no extra purchase.

  • Packing list also includes: PV and AC connectors, RJ45 communication connectors, a multi-function terminal and a dedicated heat-pump connector
  • EMS: offers 2 dry contacts for self-consumption optimization (e.g. heat-pump control)
  • BMS: the controller integrates the battery BMS, so no separate BMS hardware is required

Operation & warranty 1

Pylontech’s EU consumer-warranty document for the Force H3X series (distributed via BayWa r.e.) states a 10-year warranty running from installation, from 6 months after manufacture, or until the Maximum Throughput is reached, whichever comes first.

  • Newer document revision: keeps 10 years for the FH10050 battery module but gives the hybrid inverter 5 years standard
  • Extension: automatically extended to 10 years if connected to the designated cloud platform within 6 months of commissioning, reverting if disconnected for more than 6 consecutive months
