SAJ BU2-5.0-HV1 is a 5.0 kWh high-voltage lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery module operating at 102.4 V nominal, engineered to expand SAJ B2-HV1 residential storage towers from 5 kWh up to 25 kWh with internal cable-free busbar mating.

High thermal stability with integrated sub-BMS cell balancing.

Built with automotive-grade prismatic LFP cells in a 32S series configuration, each module features integrated sub-BMS electronics that report cell temperatures and voltages continuously to the master BC2 base. Cell-level thermal sensors and active balancing prevent localized degradation across thousands of daily cycles. Direct high-voltage operation (89.6–115.2 V) minimizes current stress and resistive heat losses during discharge. IP65 sealed enclosure protects power cells against humidity, dust, and coastal environments (-10 to +50 °C).
