SAJ BU2-5.0-HV5 is a 5.0 kWh high-current high-voltage LFP battery module supporting up to 50 A continuous discharge (5 kW per brick), engineered for heavy heat pump loads, commercial workshops, and SAJ H2 inverter pairing.

Self-aligning guide pins ensure perfect mechanical seating and electrical contact upon vertical placement. Why does the HV5 module weigh 52.5 kg compared to 50.5 kg for the HV1?

Heavier internal copper busbars and enhanced thermal heat dissipation channels. To sustain 50 A continuous current (up to 5 kW per module) without overheating, the HV5 incorporates thicker internal copper interconnects, heavy-duty contact terminals, and reinforced aluminum heat dissipation channels, adding 2.0 kg of structural thermal mass.

Can I mix HV1 (30 A) and HV5 (50 A) modules in the same battery stack?

No. All modules in a single column must be identical. To ensure balanced current sharing and uniform cell impedance, all modules in a vertical tower must be of the same model and current rating (i.e., all HV1 or all HV5).
