Built with automotive-grade prismatic LFP cells in a 32S series configuration, each module features integrated sub-BMS electronics that report cell temperatures and voltages continuously to the top inverter unit. Cell-level thermal sensors and active balancing prevent localized degradation across thousands of daily cycles. Direct high-voltage operation (89.6–115.2 V) minimizes current stress and resistive heat losses during discharge. IP65 sealed enclosure protects power cells against humidity, dust, and coastal environments (-10 to +50 °C).
