SAJ BC2-HV1 is the high-voltage master battery management controller and structural base pedestal that manages active cell balancing, thermal regulation, and DC isolation for 1 to 5 stacked SAJ B2 battery modules.
Continuously monitors individual cell voltages, string temperatures, and insulation resistance across up to 5 stacked modules.
Natively controls both standard B2-HV1 (30 A) and high-throughput B2-HV5 (50 A) battery columns.
Heavy-duty die-cast enclosure certified for damp basements, garages, and sheltered outdoor alcoves (-10 to +50 °C).

Designed as the structural baseplate of the vertical battery column, the BC2 provides precision leveling feet and self-aligning internal high-voltage contacts. Internal push-in busbar terminals pass high-voltage power and communication directly between modules without external cables. Engineered floor-level stand isolates battery modules from concrete floor moisture and standing condensation. Supports vertical stacking of up to 5 modules (over 270 kg) with integrated wall-anchoring brackets.
