Description

SAJ B2-5.0-HV1 is a high-voltage LiFePO4 battery system made of one BC2-HV1 control module and one BU2-5.0-HV1 battery module: 5.0 kWh rated energy, 4.5 kWh usable energy, 102.4 V nominal voltage. The B2 series works only as a set with a SAJ H2 series storage inverter. The one-module B2-5.0-HV1 operates at 89.6 to 115.2 V, below the battery voltage range of 180 to 800 V of the H2 10-30K inverters.

  • One BC2-HV1 control module and one BU2-5.0-HV1 battery module: 5.0 kWh rated energy and 4.5 kWh usable energy, 90 % depth of discharge.

  • 102.4 V nominal voltage and 3072 W rated power; maximum charge and discharge current 30 A.

  • IP65; ground mounting or optional wall mounting; charging at 0 to 50 °C, discharging at -10 to 50 °C.

  • One B2 stack holds one to five BU2-5.0-HV1 modules on one BC2-HV1, 5.0 to 25.0 kWh rated energy.

30 A charge and discharge current.

Maximum charge current and maximum discharge current are 30 A. Rated power is 3072 W at 102.4 V nominal voltage; the operating voltage is 89.6 to 115.2 V.

IP65, on the ground or on the wall.

Ingress protection is IP65 and cooling is by natural convection. The stack is mounted vertically, on the ground or optionally on a wall, indoors or outdoors, with 50 cm clearance above, on both sides and in front. An indoor or sheltered place is suggested, away from direct sunlight, rain and snow.

One control module, one battery module.

The BC2-HV1 control module is the top unit of the stack and carries the circuit breaker, the display, the start button and the battery and communication ports to the inverter. Below it: 1 × BU2-5.0-HV1, each with 32S1P cells, 102.4 V and 50 Ah. Control module and battery module together measure 461 × 626 × 365 mm (H × W × D) and weigh 61.5 kg.
