In traditional multi-container battery banks, slight voltage differences between cabinets cause dangerous circulating currents and uneven cell aging. The LCD series integrates an active DC-DC converter into each container.

Closed-loop liquid coolant channels beneath each 314 Ah cell group maintain uniform thermal distribution, maximizing calendar life and safety. Cell-to-cell temperature variance maintained strictly within ≤2.5 °C under continuous 0.5C charge/discharge rates. Multi-sensor aerosol fire suppression, combustible gas detection, and emergency pressure relief vents. IP55 heavy-duty C4/C5 anti-corrosion rated enclosure for harsh outdoor environments (-30 to +55 °C).

Runs 700 to 1000 V operating voltage

Four 314 Ah packs connect in series at 665.6 V nominal. The 700 to 1000 V window targets high-voltage C&I power conversion.

Holds 93 percent round-trip efficiency

Liquid cooling stabilizes cell chemistry across 10000 cycles at 100 percent depth of discharge. Continuous 0.6P cycling is fully supported.

Fits a 1050 x 2025 x 1565 mm enclosure

Cabinet mass is rated at 2105 kg or less. CAN communication manages battery parameters with the paired hybrid inverter.
