What breaker size and wiring cross-section are required for the 11 kW charger?

3-pole 16 A or 20 A MCB; 5 × 2.5 mm² to 5 × 6 mm² copper cable. For continuous 16 A three-phase operation, install a 3-pole 16 A or 20 A circuit breaker (Type B or C) paired with 5 × 2.5 mm² copper conductors (or 5 × 4 mm² / 6 mm² for runs over 20 meters to prevent voltage drop).

Can this charger dynamically switch between single-phase and three-phase charging?

Yes. Intelligent 1-phase/3-phase phase switching maximizes low solar capture. On partly cloudy or winter days when solar surplus is low (e.g., 1.5 kW to 3.5 kW), the G2 model can automatically drop to single-phase solar charging (starting at ~1.4 kW / 6 A), switching back to three-phase charging as solar generation increases past 4.2 kW.
