Standard low-voltage batteries require connecting 2 or 3 modules in parallel just to supply the continuous current demanded by a 5 kW inverter. The US5000 provides 100 A continuous output from a single unit.

  • Delivers 80 A recommended continuous current (approx. 3.8 kW) and up to 100 A max continuous current (4.8 kW).
  • 200 A peak surge handling for 15 seconds absorbs heavy domestic water pump and compressor starts.
  • Internal pre-charge soft-start circuitry prevents inverter capacitor inrush tripping during startup.

Building a 15 kWh battery bank with smaller 2.4 kWh modules requires 6 packs, 12 heavy DC cables, and 12U of rack height. The US5000 builds the same bank with just 3 modules. Fits standard 19-inch telecoms and server racks with front-facing heavy-duty Amphenol terminals. Daisy-chain up to 16 modules in parallel (76.8 kWh total) on a single CAN bus without an external LV-Hub. Internal BMS balances cell voltages across 15S series strings in real time.

Holds LFP chemistry in the US5000 case

LFP cells sit in this 48 V brick. The case rating is IP20.

Takes recessed handles on the sides

Recessed handles sit on both flanks. The front stays free for ports and LEDs.

Talks over CAN from the faceplate

CAN or RS485 uplinks the bank. Link ports daisy-chain module to module.
