Housing multiple battery packs neatly requires standardized mechanical mounting. The US2000C slides into standard 19-inch server cabinets or stacks with interlocking brackets. Fits standard 600 mm deep 19-inch telecoms and server racks with front-facing power terminals. Internal BMS protects against overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, and extreme temperature conditions. Soft-start pre-charge circuitry eliminates dangerous DC busbar inrush arcs during power-on.

Can I mix US2000C with older US2000 (non-C) or US3000 modules in the same battery bank?

Yes, with the US2000C configured as the master module. Pylontech engineered backwards compatibility across its 48 V lineup. When combining older US2000 or US3000 packs with newer "C" models, always set the newest US2000C (or US3000C) as the Master Battery #1 to manage communication with the inverter.

What is the continuous charge/discharge current limit per US2000C module?

25 A recommended continuous current (approx. 1.2 kW DC power per brick); 50 A max. While the internal BMS allows up to 50 A continuous discharge, Pylontech recommends 25 A per module for optimal thermal performance and achieving the full 6,000+ cycle lifespan. For a 5 kW inverter load, install at least 4 modules in parallel (100 A total capacity).
