An X-series V2 string takes 2 to 10 modules behind one SC controller; H-series V2 racks are the 1000 V class for larger builds.

  • H48050: 2.4 kWh, 48 V, 50 Ah per module; a full 10-module string is 10 x 2.4 kWh = 24 kWh, simple arithmetic.
  • H48074: 3.552 kWh, 48 V, 74 Ah per module; a full string is 10 x 3.552 kWh = 35.52 kWh.
  • Voltage class: X-series V2 strings sit in the 600 V class, H-series V2 racks in the 1000 V class, per Pylontech's operation manuals.

Every string needs exactly one SC-series control module for switching, protection and communication; in the V2 generation the master control module talks to the inverter directly, so no separate MBMS is required.

  • SC0500-40S-V2: 60 to 600 Vdc window, 40 A maximum charge and discharge.
  • SC0500-100S-V2: 60 to 600 Vdc, 80 A.
  • SC1000-100S-V2: 200 to 1000 Vdc, 80 A, for the 1000 V class racks.
  • Parallel: each parallel string carries its own controller; the V2 master coordinates the group.

No. Force H1/H2/H3 systems use FH-prefixed stack modules; H48050 and H48074 are rack modules for PowerCube V2 systems.

  • Controllers: 87 to 132 mm high, 7 to 9 kg, 8 W self-consumption.
  • Communication: Modbus RTU, CAN and LAN on the controller.
  • Environment: modules operate 0 to 50 C (system charge window per the manual); controllers are rated -20 to +65 C.

Operation & warranty 1

Pylontech rates the V2 system at 5000 cycles on LFP cells with a 15+ year design life.

  • Module duty: H48050 runs 10 A standard, 25 A normal, 50 A maximum; H48074 runs 14.8 A standard, 37 A normal, 74 A maximum.
  • Controller limit: string current is capped by the controller, 40 A on the SC0500-40S-V2 and 80 A on the 100S controllers; the usable system current follows the battery modules in the string.
  • Controller life: the SC modules are specified for 15+ years of operation.

Per Pylontech's documentation the modules are certified to IEC 62619, IEC 63056, VDE 2510-50 and IEC 62040-1, with CE (LVD and RED) marking and TUV certification.

  • Transport: UN38.3 tested and shipped as UN 3090 lithium batteries.
  • EMC and environment: IEC 61000 and EN 55022 EMC entries plus GB/T 2423 environmental testing appear on the certificate list.
