Pick the rating

Staubli MC4-Evo 2 family. Same engineering, different size.

2 ratings Same series, same engineering — your model is highlighted.

Every figure comes straight from the manufacturer's official datasheet.

What ships 1

Almost certainly. A string needs both halves; this is the plug, male. The matching part is the PV-KBT4-EVO 2A/6I socket, which we sell beside it.

Order them in pairs unless you are replacing one damaged end.

Compatibility 1

Only if those are genuine MC4-Evo 2. Stäubli invented the MC4 interface and many manufacturers make connectors that fit it, but mixing brands in one string is not approved by any of them — the contact geometry and the crimp tolerances are certified as a pair, not across suppliers.

If your modules ship with someone else's connector, use that supplier's mating half. Tell us the module and we will confirm which one it is.

Ordering 1

Probably the old code. 32.0316P0001 and 32.0317P0001 replaced 32.0086P0001-UR and 32.0087P0001-UR in 2024. Same product; older German listings still carry the -UR numbers.

What is not the same: the P0100 codes are 100-packs and P2000 is a 2000-contact reel. If you want single pieces, make sure the quote is not for a pack.

Installation 1

No. Termination is by crimping, which needs Stäubli's crimping tool and the correct die for a 6 mm² conductor. Pliers are not a substitute — a bad crimp is the most common cause of a hot connector.

Ask and we will quote the tool.

Product information 2

Both. Used in both residential and commercial work. It is filed under one segment because the shop keeps one category per accessory; the part itself is not segment-specific.

Because we do not have one of this part, and we will not show you a different manufacturer's part in its place. Everything on this page is read from the manufacturer's own datasheet, which is linked above.

Ask us and we will send the manufacturer's product images with the quote.
