Configuration 2
Commercial and industrial PV and storage plants. SAJ recommends the C1 Pro for CHS2 installations running 2 to 10 units in parallel.
- Role: a smart communication box, the EMS controller with optional switch and meters.
- Fleet size: 2 to 10 parallel CHS2 cabinets per controller, per SAJ's recommendation.
- Data interval: 1 to 30 minutes selectable, with 5 minutes as the standard setting.
The eManager-C1 EMS controller is the standard content. The Ethernet switch and the smart meters are optional line items, so state them explicitly on the order.

SAJ lists export limitation, demand control, peak shaving, self-use, backup power and battery limit protection as controller functions.
- Access: Web, App or local web, so the plant is reachable both remotely and on site.
- Data logging: collection interval selectable from 1 to 30 minutes, 5 minutes standard.
- Firmware: updates over Ethernet, USB or remote.
