SAJ AC011K-AE-35 (11 kW three-phase EV wallbox, tethered Type 2)
SAJ AC011K-AE-35 is the 11 kW three-phase Caro wallbox: tethered Type 2, RFID and app start, OCPP 1.6.
- 11 kW over a tethered 7 m Type 2 cable — no separate cable to buy, lose or specify.
- Residual-current protection built in: 30 mA Type A plus 6 mA DC, with over-current and surge protection, so no separate Type B RCD in the consumer unit.
- Three ways to start a session — plug-and-charge, app, or a Mifare ISO/IEC 14443 A RFID card — and OCPP 1.6 JSON plus RS485 so it can be driven by a back end or by the local energy manager.
- IP65 at the cable and IK08 impact in a PC enclosure, -30 to 50 °C, wall or (optional) pole mounted, to EN IEC 61851-1:2019.

Installation & wiring 2
No. The residual-current protection is inside the unit.
- Built in: 30 mA Type A plus 6 mA DC detection, which is the combination that replaces a Type B device for EV charging.
- Also built in: over-current and surge protection.
- Still the installer's job: the upstream circuit protection and the supply cable sizing. Your electrician signs that off against the local board.
Wall as standard, pole as an option.
- Enclosure: polycarbonate, IK08 impact.
- Ingress: IP65 at the cable.
- Climate: -30 to 50 °C, 5% to 90% humidity, below 2000 m.
- Indication: a green / yellow / red status LED.

Operation & warranty 1
Yes — it takes external control over OCPP 1.6 JSON or RS485.
- Back end: OCPP 1.6 JSON, so it is not tied to one operator's platform.
- Local: RS485, which is how it is driven from a SAJ energy manager alongside the inverter and battery.
- What we will not claim: a specific dynamic load-management behaviour depends on which manager and firmware you run. Tell us the rest of the system on the enquiry and we will confirm what that combination does before quoting it.

CE, CB and RoHS, to EN IEC 61851-1:2019, IEC 61851-1:2017 and IEC 61851-21-2:2021.
