The minimum documentation package
A signed commissioning report, as-built wiring diagram, warranty registration, inverter and battery manuals, a one-page quick reference card, and monitoring login credentials.
Commissioning report essentials
Record PV string voltages, serial numbers, firmware versions, configured grid code, battery settings, functional test results, and installation photos.
Customer education
Walk the customer through the monitoring app, explain normal operating indicators, show them how to read SOC and energy values, and provide a clear support contact.
